Using the Twitter API, I retrieved the latest tweets concerning Apple (#apple). Cycling through the various tweets I counted the amout of times each device was mentioned. With these data I created a pie chart visualising the popularity of the devices in the latest tweets. Obviously, you can give the application totally other parameters (e.g. #elections2012 and the different political parties).
